oCen, a leading business-to-business Internet communications services provider (ICSP), needed to enhance the user experience imparted by their site. The Web site redesign that followed entailed a reorganization of the information architecture, a newly devised navigational strategy, and a complete redesign of the site's look and feel.


Extensive ASP development was used to create a secured customer account area, accessible through the corporate Web site. This implementation allows current customers to view the status of their account, add services, recharge, and otherwise manage both personal and corporate accounts. New customers, who do not currently possess an account, can sign up for oCen services and establish their accounts easily.
