Our Solution
DJ worked in close contact with the in-house engineers at eSilicon to develop the complex information architecture required by the eSilicon Access site. The breadth of internally developed online tools, third-party solutions, and dynamic content posed a real challenge. After organizing the content into logical, user-focused sections, task flow diagrams were developed to analyze user interaction with the site. These task flows were then tested on-site with a representative group of eSilicon Access users. User feedback was used to refine the IA and develop user interface wireframes for additional usability testing.
The architecture and usability development was instrumental in creating a user interface design and visual look and feel that was both user-focused and visually appealing. |
